Service Description and Limitations

GlowTrade AI, provided by Conde de St Germain Technology LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), is an educational platform offering financial market insights, analysis, and trading education through AI-driven tools and third-party integrations. The service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. We do not handle user funds or execute trades.

Information, including AI-generated content, may contain errors and is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely.

User Responsibilities

Users must:

  • Be at least 18 years old and verify their age upon registration
  • Provide accurate account information
  • Use the service for lawful purposes only

Subscription Terms

GlowTrade AI offers a subscription plan at $18.99/month. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled. Payments are processed via Stripe, with the billing descriptor "GlowTrade AI" appearing on your statement.

Cancellation Policy

Users may cancel within the first 7 days for a full refund. After 7 days, subscriptions may be canceled at any time through account settings, effective at the end of the current billing period, with no refund for partial periods.

Florida Residents - Cancellation Rights

As required by Florida law, you may cancel your subscription at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting support@glowtrade.ai. Florida residents have the right to cancel without penalty within the first 7 days for a full refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on GlowTrade AI, including text, graphics, logos, software, and AI-generated content, is the property of Conde de St Germain Technology LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conde de St Germain Technology LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of GlowTrade AI.

Securities Disclaimer

GlowTrade AI does not provide securities brokerage services, and nothing in the service constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy or sell securities. We are not registered with the SEC or any state securities regulator.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Florida Arbitration Notice:

You are hereby notified that arbitration is binding and waives your right to a court trial.
